"The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast. Please note that they do not accept credit cards (which is poor) so you have to pay in local currency."

"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. "We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama. A stunning setting with gorgeous, quality wooden fixtures and fittings. We stayed for 9 nights which is unusual at this time of year and settled into the rhythm of the hotel very quickly. The staff make Coast 67 the most very special of places. Kind, caring, attentive calm and funny. They are a brilliant team and big thanks go to the chefs who adapted the menu for me. Coast 67 is a must."
