Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

The view from our room was fantastic
One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats.
We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty.
The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere
Needs more bin liners for all bins.

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to stay here for a one-night staycation with my 5 year old daughter. Overall i would say it was okay. Things worth noting that weren't great:
The pool area was cold and unclean. I literally had to find a member of staff and tell them that the steam room was disgusting. The pool itself was great and looked stunningly blue.
There were no robes in the room.
The breakfast was not great and the set-up didn't help. The toast station, water and condiments was in one corner and there was literally a huddle and queue to access. Teaspoons and glasses were empty and barista coffee isn't included in the buffet price.
Things that were good:
Friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed, price.
