Great staff

Great highly recommended

Very nice hotel property, clean inside and outside. The room was overall great with a very nice helpfull staff. Rooftop bar was excellent with great service and the food was also very good. Highly recommend hotel.

They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Great ferry ride to Asiatique and wonderful view

Lovely stay gardens were beautiful friendly staff pool a bit small however early morning late afternoon my preferred time breakfast excellent variety shuttle boat to bts and shopping … hotel situated at lower end of river

Delightful room with a great view. Stylish. Modern. Multiple restaurants. Great breakfast. Great location on the river.

Customer service staff is wonderful. Every single one of them goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They resolve any issue you may encounter during your stay at the hotel with respect and excellent service. Very pleased to give them not 5, but 6 stars!

They were amazing

Doormen were excellent

I also like the fact that the employees were very helpful and friendly. I arrived at around 9 a.m. and was promptly ushered into my room for no extra charge or fee. I would be staying at Bangkok Loft Inn whenever I visit Thailand.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The customer service was unparalleled and everyone was so kind. The location of the hotel is perfect - lots of stuff within walking distance but you're also right next to a metro line. The breakfast every morning was incredible and had so many options. We also loved the balcony of our room overlooking the river. I would definitely stay here again. I also used the hotel salon for a hair cut and it was one of the best cuts I've ever gotten, and so...
