Excellent customer service given at this property.

The best resort I ever stayed at. The room is beyond beautiful and the air works! Thailand and April are HOT. I enjoyed the cool room. The colors on the resort made for perfect photos/videos for the influencers. Can also use the boats to go for a refreshing boat ride. Highly recommend!!!

Great welcome gift from staff (cold drink and coconuts), they feed us well include a good selection of breakfast included in your stay, as well ginger tea, and cold drinks, free snakes available in your room for free, nice pool area right in front of your room, right next to ampawa water market.

I have lived in four continents and traveled the world over. This hotel is a hidden jewel for northern Thailand. Beautiful, authentic, full of charm, hotel. Great architecture, room design and decoration, from the hand carved wooden doors to the very large and fully stocked bathrooms with jacuzzies. The staff is incredibly polite, respectful and helpful. I fully recommend the hotel.

Amazing property with great vip benefits

It’s a very good location

A very clean place with affordable price. Good services. The only issue is the street traffic is noisy when your room is next to that side.

nice hotel in downtown, walkable from shopping mall

Great location. Helpful staff. Huge rooms and bathrooms. My favourite place to stay in Bangkok.

I'm going to heap praise upon three members of the Park Hyatt's staff, Pound, Yeni, and Jay. Pound for making us feel welcome and cared for immediately upon our arrival. It was late and we wanted to get something to eat. This being a Monday, many of the night markets were closed. She listen carefully to what we wanted, found a place for us and arranged a taxi to take us there along with instructions to get us back. We saw her the next morning and the first thing she did was to follow up to...

This hotel is uniquely located in the Asok area of Sukhumvit, a few steps away from Terminal 21 shopping center…you can access the BTS and Metro stations via short walk at street level or from the 3rd floor of the hotel via the BTS elevated walkway, safe a very convenient, with direct entry to the hotel bypassing the lobby. You will find many restaurants and shops just steps from the hotel, as well as major shopping malls. The rooms are excellently designed for comfort and plenty of natural...

The best feature of the Intercontinental is the staff. For example, a waitress named Na in the Trattoria Restaurant: good English, impeccably presented, and ultra courteous and attentive. She was typical of all of the staff. The rooms and public areas: well maintained. The rooms are great. I really cannot fault this hotel at all.

The hotel was clean and always smelled so good. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious.

This hotel was nothing short of perfect! Great staff, always ensuring that we were happy, getting what we needed (ice, directions, cars, etc) and importantly, enjoying our overall time in Bangkok. The pool and rooftop views are incredible, no need to leave this property to find a view of the city elsewhere. One watch out; we were told of a daily additional person charge upon arrival. It was about ~2,000 baht per day (service and tax included). And while not a significant amount, (about $60...

The location can't be beat! It's a few minutes from two sky train lines, it's connected to a mall, and across the street from other malls. It's comfortable, clean, the rooms are great and the staff are extremely helpful. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again.
