They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Booking: Solo Traveler. Chosen from Expedia based on Reviews, Price and Location. Airport Connection: Not convenient but not a problem. Took the Airport Rail to Ratchraprop station, jumped on bus 73 to Saphun Phut stop and then walked 1 km to the hotel. Total cost was 46 baht. I like that the room was very clean, and housekeeping came by daily to clean the room, provide clean towels, and replenish other essentials. I also like the fact that the employees were very helpful and friendly. I arrived at around 9 a.m. and was promptly ushered into my room for no extra charge or fee. I would be staying at Bangkok Loft Inn whenever I visit Thailand.

The location was wonderful; off the main street therefore quiet and with a wonderful view of the river and the Temple of the Dawn and within walking distance of many main sights such as the flower market the Grande Palace and also many very good restaurants. Having right by the river was really wonderful . The staff was very caring, helpful and attentive. I'm not sure one could find a better place to stay in Bangkok.

Loved the location to Iconsiam and the view from my room. The service was top notch and the breakfast buffet was a must every day.

Customer service staff is wonderful. Every single one of them goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They resolve any issue you may encounter during your stay at the hotel with respect and excellent service. Very pleased to give them not 5, but 6 stars!

Very classy hotel and super clean! I really enjoyed my stay here and can totally see it as an apartment space.
