"I enjoyed the historic hotel and you can’t beat the location. Not all the staff but some seemed indifferent or even bothered by having to engage with me. Hate to say it but that was a vibe I got from the entire town of Durango. Not rude but just no pleasantries. Either way a neat place to stay and the Diamond Belle was a fun experience. Staff there was very friendly. "

"Parking was a bit complicated due to unclear traffic flow, a little map would help! Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quaint. The breakfast was typical "free" breakfast with a few additions (burritos and pancake wrapped sausage to heat up in the microwave). Coffee was actually good, first free breakfast I've ever been able to say that for!"

"If you like to support small, local businesses, this is a good place to do that. It’s a 1950s/1960s style motel, which can be great sometimes and scary sometimes. This one is quite good. The property manager is friendly and on top of his game. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It’s an older property without a lot of frills. But our stay was fine and completely uneventful. "

"Check in was easy and quick. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, all though the breakfast area was small, and we had to wait for a table to eat. The facility was only a few miles away from the Durango Silverton train. We would stay there again."

"There was a online reservations mistake by a third party app. The Victorian Inn went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of even though it was not their fault. Great customer care. "

"The Hotel Telluride was an amazing property to stay at. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They also provide a dog friendly shuttle service throughout the city where they will drop off and pick you up. We found the city to be walkable when we went in August. The shops are just a few blocks away as well as the restaurants. The Gondola was about a 7 minute walk. The room was very clean and large. Beds were very comfortable. the one and only downside was the parking. They do offer parking for a fee, but it's not guaranteed and tight spots. With our truck, we'd never had been able to fit so we opted for street parking. However, because the city is so walkable, we parked the car on our first day and never even used it. I would highly recommend. In addition, we also brought our pup and the place was very dog friendly."
