"A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment. "

"The room as well the restaurant have a great view to the slopes and hills. The food in the restaurant tasted fantastic with the exception of bread not meeting the same standards. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough and well decorated. Everything seemed quite new and well maintained. The bathroom was big and equipped with shower. "Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."
