"My husband uses a manual wheelchair for his mobility. The "accessible" room was not very accessible (narrow doorway into the bathroom, a shower with a curb step and glass door, and the sink was too high and far back into the counter for him to use it.) However, the staff were so accommodating; after showing us about 4 more rooms we found a bathroom that had a lower sink and despite the shower still having a curb step and a glass door, we asked the hotel to remove the glass door, which they happily did for us. We appreciated the excellent customer service through this ordeal (we run into this problem in MANY places and this staff were the most helpful) as well as throughout our stay. The airport shuttle was also convenient. The food at the a la carte restaurant was a bit better than the buffet restaurant, but I think some things even on the a la carte side were from the buffet side. The pool is small, but sufficient; and not very crowded except on the weekend. The A/C was a bit finicky, but it worked overall. And overall it was a fine time with the customer service being one of the best. "

"I really enjoyed my time in Ghana staying at Kass Towers. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was in excellent condition and very clean and with all appliances pretty much provided. We had a two bed apartment and it was very spacious and like a home away from home. The gym is absolutely great and the swimming pool excellent. The bar by the pool was very quiet and not a great selection but it definitely doesn’t distract from the fact that the whole environment was great. I will definitely come back.
