The room was clean and there was easy access from the parking lot to the room. Because of the location, it was very quiet at night. Very nice location near a very interesting and historic small town.

We were disappointed in the television. We are used to staying at hotels where we can stream programs from our apps to a smart tv. That was not an option and we were stuck with dismal programming.

It was clean. The evening staff was really nice. The air conditioning was just ok. You might want to get breakfast elsewhere. The dining room was very small for the number of guests. I had to ask the front desk guy to please restock the food. Everything was very low. He took his time restocking it all.

The place was clean, just needs a little maintenance. The door stop in bathroom didn't stay up. The tub and sink both plugged up with water and the bathroom floor needed regrouting.

Very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. A bit dated. Easy on and off Hwy 151. 5 minutes from historic downtown. One thing they should note on reservations: all King rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. (The clerk did offer us a double on the 1st floor.)

The property was quiet despite. My day was questionable despite these 4 big issues- 1. Cleanliness.. I had zero room service for 3 days. Nobody came into the room to pick up the trash or soiled linen or even make the bed. I pulled up the cushion on the accent chair to find some sort of vape pen, and all kinds of food in plain view. I mentioned the cleaning of the rooms and showed pictures .. the response from the front desk staff- "Well, always tell them to clean the chairs..." 2. Loss of water pressure and disgusting colored water. Saturday thru my check out day I had very low and sometimes zero water pressure in the room. The morning of check out I went to shower and noticed the water was yellow/ brownish in color and it coming from both taps and even the toilet. I mentioned this on check out to the staff.. their response was "yeah the town told us on Friday that we would have some issues with water. " I asked why that wasn't communicated to the guests ? And zero response. 3. Lack of communication with the guests about factors that will affect their stay. No response from the staff when asked why wasn't this information shared. 4. Breakfast- it truly was sub par. Meats were under cooked and still raw.. I ended up dining elsewhere for breakfast.
