Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Good thing about the place - it’s in safe neighborhood as accommodation I stayed on Friday downtown Skopje, my car was broken into and my very expensive shoes and sample case got stolen. "İt was a beautiful house with evruthing you need inclided, from towels to coffee. İt was very tidy. The view was amazing. And the host was very polite, very attentive. Would definitely recommend."

"This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed"

"The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!"
