This modern, ground-floor apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, located 1.65 km from the sea. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceran stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and dining table. The living room offers a sofa (which can serve as a single bed), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The cozy bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Outside, relax on the 15 m2 roofed terrace with garden views, or use the shared BBQ area. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the owner also offers laundry services for the guests. A baby cot is available upon request. The entire unit is wheelchair-friendly as well. Pets are welcome for a fee and there is a private parking for you in the yard. The owner lives in the same house and is there for you should you need anything!
