Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Common room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge and TV. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.

Location
Šilo. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The House is located in Šilo and is 400 m from the sea and the town center.

It consists of two apartments, on the first floor and on the ground floor, which are rented together.



Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Air conditioning is included in the price and parking is in the yard in front of the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
