First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! The rooms were cleaned daily - no complaints The beach and pools were brilliant But the lack of air conditioning really spoiled the whole holiday A special mention to Walid - on the reception desk - his customer service skills were superb. The man in the shisha cafe was also friendly. Everyone else lacked customer service skillls!!

Everything was very good and beyond expectations. 🍽️ The food is varied, and I attended a special Italian cuisine night which was excellent. 🏊‍♂️ The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained. 🚗 The only issue is that the parking area is quite small and cannot accommodate many cars. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 👍

Pour moi il y a un vrai problème de literie le matelas était dure ,j'ai passé une semaine avec une barre dans le bas du dos... Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil on m'a dit qu'on allait faire le nécessaire mais j'ai quand même un doute sur le fait qu'ils aient fait quoi que ce soit... J'ai fait énormément de voyage mais c'est la première fois que j'ai aussi mal dormi ça a gâché mes vacances et toute envie d'y retourner !

À notre arrivée pour un séjour prévu du 9 au 19 mars (10 jours), nous avons immédiatement rencontré un problème : la modification effectuée via Expedia n’avait pas été prise en compte par l’hôtel, qui était resté sur des dates du 8 au 17 mars. Un litige s’est donc installé dès le départ. L’établissement a hésité à nous accueillir, alors même qu’il n’était pas complet, ou bien en exigeant un supplément financier pour trois nuits supplémentaires. Une situation particulièrement stressante après un voyage. Concernant les équipements, le Wi-Fi était quasiment inexistant, que ce soit à la piscine ou dans les chambres, ce qui devient rapidement problématique sur un séjour de longue durée. L’organisation du restaurant est également très contraignante, avec des horaires stricts à la minute près, ce qui crée une atmosphère oppressante, peu compatible avec des vacances reposantes. Nous avons également constaté un traitement inégal entre les clients, certains bénéficiant d’avantages manifestes en échange de pourboires ou arrangements informels. Une pratique injuste et frustrante pour ceux qui n’y participent pas. Cependant, le point le plus décevant reste l’attitude du personnel, majoritairement masculin : peu aimable, parfois impoli, et globalement peu respectueux. Les salutations de base et les sourires semblent inexistants.

Parfait ! Le personnel de l'accueil, restauration, animation, entretien...est très agréable. Toujours le sourire et très serviable. Beaucoup d'activités proposées. Globalement bien. Les + de ce resort : animations, jeux, salle muscu, piscine chauffee, acces direct mer, petanque, chambres et literie, personnel aimable... les - : 3/4 de la nourriture vraiment grasse et industrielle et sans gouts (desserts quelle deception, cafe eurrh) mais il y a du choix a vous de bien choisir, alcool gratuit tres limite en choix, le minigolf casse, les raquettes de tennis fissuree et tordues, le menage sommaire mais pas genant.
