"Stayed in Room #101 in June 2026. Due to flight & traffic delays (thank you, FIFA), I couldn't make it to the property until nearly midnight. Front office guy (Sadik?) stayed a FEW hours past his usual time so that I could check into my room. He was AMAZING! Many reviewers complain about the minimalist decor of the rooms but it was exactly what I needed! No TV. No alarm clock. PERFECT ocean view. Good WIFI when I needed it. The mattress, pillows & linens were the best I've ever experienced. I'm a "room snob" accustomed to paying at least $1000/night for a room. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at Marram Montauk! I've already ordered the mattress & linens for my own home. If you need lots of tech for your vacation, this is not the place for you. The surroundings are small-town precious and the views can't be beat. I love this place and can't wait to go back!"

"If I could give this property a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. The house is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better either. It was convenient to everything - 5 minute walk to the beach and to town.Ralph was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Any question we had was answered right away, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience.We honestly don’t know how we got so lucky to find this place. It exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t find a better place in Montauk!"
