「The property was advertised with swimming pool access. But after check it was told that we could not access the swimming pool. It was a big selling feature for my booking. I would have no problem paying more for a place with swimming pool access. Condo was ok. Even on the 27th floor, there were lots of ants! He called using securities local phone and was able to speak to someone that said my booking was canceled. No notification on Expedia. No help from Expedia at 6pm after traveling 12 hours. Do not book at this location. Never. Did not communicate on WhatsApp or Expedia site. Fraud. 」
