「We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? 「Bed was comfortable and the floors seemed cleaned. I used to always go to this hotel many many years ago and it was so pristine and tidy. This time it kind of has a hostel vibe.
