"I love the location it is very central close to Wawel Castle. Staff was all friendly and helpful special mention to Monika whenever we come in for breakfast she ensure to lead us to the table and offer straight away for our tea and coffeee which other staff don’t for some reason. Sheraton has been very thoughtful with the anniversary cake with Prosecco they have prepared in the room - that was a surprise- thank you. The downside was the terrible insects at the terrace restaurant it’s a shame it destroys the mood of eating and watching the city of Krakow at that best time . Overall since most employees are kind and willing to assist I find Sheraton still the best hotel ."

"We had a castle view room. The view was great & even though it was by the road the room was very quiet. The room was spotless & the Clarins toiletries were very welcome. The staff were very friendly & exceptionally helpful with arranging tours & explaining about buses & trams. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were very good at replenishing the stocks. The coffee was excellent."
