「Pros; Quiet and convenient location Cons; Shared Bathroom, extremely dated decor and feel The door to my room had recently been forced open and badly repaired. A good shove would push in the door. The building feels like a 1940's cheap rooming house without any of the character and charm you'd hope for. Decor is dreadful. Suspended ceiling and fluorescent lights. The building smells slightly of sewer (?)」

「The house was cute, and there was plenty of room. I didn't feel cramped in it. The thing that impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness that went in to supplying items I might need. For example: there was laundry detergent for the washer, shampoo and conditioner. Two different coffee makers and coffee and creamer. All of it was fabulous!!」

「Great location and beautiful scenery. It was a bit warm inside, maybe more fans and additional unit in 2nd bedroom. The code did not work at check in so it took an additional hour to talk to Expedia and locate the host. Thankfully there was an outlet on the porch or my phone would have been dead.」

「The cabin itself is great. Smooth check in and easy to deal with. Beautiful view and scenery. I, however, wanted to give a shout out to Nic. On the last night of our stay we got a call that my daughter’s grandfather had passed away. I explained to Nic she was having a very rough night and if it would be okay for us to check out late so I didn’t have to rush her in the morning. He was gracious and completely understanding.」

「If you want rustic and good hospitality, you've found it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Mark was absolutely wonderful, he was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and aware of activities they had to offer onsite, even welcomed our son in to play pool while we waited for food. I didn't get the chef's name but he was very friendly and all smiles. You're able to watch them cook and manage your food while they smile and hum along to their music, it gave off a very relaxed...

「This was a very interesting place as it was an old stage stop built back in the 1860s. However I had on a couple of occasions trouble entering the place as there was no staff around. The owner was very helpful but on vacation. He was able to get me to where I needed to be via phone. Would I stay again yes because of the historical parts of it.」

「We enjoyed a comfortable night. Coming off cycling the Great Divide its always nice to have some comfort. The property was in a bit of disarray when i was there. I was arriving on 4th July and everything was shut and bolted. The property is under new mgmt due to extenuating personal circumstances. They are trying their best under the circumstances. But its obviously a challenge. Once all is running smoothly i would recommend staying a night. For now it is hard to recommend」
