「We stay here every year for our annual waterfall visiting trip. The previous three years, they had a hot breakfast. But this year it’s just cereal, waffles, bagels or toast, and yogurt. Just wish they’d add muffins, fresh fruit like apples or oranges, and cold boiled eggs, if they are minimizing. Bed was comfy as usual, and their inside pool is the best! Customer service was wonderful. Will return next year.」

「The home wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in. We are on top of a mountain with zero reception to call the property manager because we were locked out. The ceiling leaked every time the kids showered upstairs and the house wasn’t clean. We had to call and pack up so the cleaners could come after we checked in. They took pillow cases from our pillows and replaced them with starched rough white ones. It was not an over all great experience with all the issues we faced. 」
