Summary:
Sprawling townhouse with incredible ocean views and jacuzzi! This property is located on a compound with one other townhouse. Fully renovated property with modern appliances and fully stocked kitchen accessories and bathroom amenities. Relax and unwind in the shared jacuzzi and deck. Even though this jacuzzi are is shared it feels extremely private and is impeccably maintained. This unique property has rare views of the ocean and evening mountain skyline.

The Space:
Glencoe townhome is a fully modern vacation rental with all the comforts of home. Stunning ocean views, loft jacuzzi and beautiful pool. Equipped with a stylish kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining, this vacation home is sure to exceed expectations. Located in Glencoe, a quiet neighborhood close to malls , dining and nightlife. Just 30 minutes to the beaches! The property is set up with high speed wifi and smart tvs to make the perfect home away from home.

Guest Access:
The door code will be sent shortly after booking your reservation. There are two parking spaces for compact cars within the gates of the property and street parking for guests.

The Neighborhood:
Private townhouse located in Glencoe in a gated compound with shared pool. Remote access for the gate will be inside the property. Please call host prior to your arrival and the gate will be opened remotely.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a vehicle. If you are interested in booking a car or airport transportation through us , please let us know as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Other Things to Note:
Spectacular ocean views with stunning night views of the mountains which is a very rare find!

Needs upgrades

Location was great, close to shops and beach but place needs a lot of love. Upgrades needed to furnitures and fixings throughout the house. Pool cleaned day before we left and still not clean enough to swim in. Issues with keys for gates and even for renters next door.

It looked to good to be true

Well, after we booked the owner asked us to fill out two forms before arrival. One with our personal details and another one with various points we should agree to. Such as, that the owner can come and enter the house at almost any time. As We didn’t agree to this, we just didn’t fill out the form. On our arrival the house was clean, a couple of important items were broken or missing. There was no hot or warm water, one of the two showers wasn’t working, aircon in one bedroom didn’t work, there were no Kitchen towels, no cutting board, no scissors, no hairdryer (mentioned in description). When using the dishwasher the whole kitchen got flooded. Furthermore in the description of the property there should be a gym and a barbecue, none of which can be found. The owner anwered, that the barbecue has been taken away "for safety reasons" and he could send us an adress of a gym nearby. However, in that case it can not be mentioned in the descriprion. Finally on day three he tuned the hot water on, we got 2 kitchen towels and scissors and a hairdryer . Everything else we didn’t get nor was any of the above listed things fixed during our 10 days of stay. We finally left 2 days earlier, the owner apologized and promised, that we will get some money back. We are still waiting!

Modern and Clean

This property was very spacious and accommodated my family of 6 comfortably. This is a duplex and we stayed on the left side of the town home with a pool that is shared. Pool is actually smaller than it appears in photo but my two kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is up on a hill and had great views of the town and ocean. Also conveniently located near Massy grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars. Did have to purchase additional toiletry, laundry detergent, wash rags and hand towels as the property did not include these items for a 3 week stay. A few maintenance issues as well but the owner and maintenance contact were quite responsive and ensured our needs were satisfied. Other than these few items, the place is as pictured. Modern, open layout, lots of natural light and located in a quite neighborhood. Property is also gated so we felt very safe with our young kids running around. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.
