"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

The entrance to my room (entrance 2)down dark, unlit, alleyways, or behind big rubbish bins, so be careful which you book! Overall great value and I’ll definitely be back "

"Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "

"A mini break with our dog. Great location for local walks and within striking distance of the coast. Its rural location meant peace and quiet except for the birds! "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 - Lovely Stay at Dunston Hall We had a lovely stay at Dunston Hall. Our room was upgraded on arrival, which was a wonderful surprise! The room itself was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed, perfect for a relaxing night. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the chef was more than happy to cater to my dietary requirements, which was much appreciated. The spa was quiet and calm a great spot to unwind. All of the staff, especially the reception team, were professional, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept, though the outside seating area could have used a bit of tidying up. There were some scattered chairs, ashtrays that looked like they’d been left out for a while, which was a shame because everywhere else looked so lovely. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future! "
