"I arrived very early morning, my room was not clean upon entering. Next morning cleaning staff arrived but I was in the room, they said they would come back and never did. Floors were gross, kept shoes on. Front staff were alright. "

"The rooms were cleaned and kept well, the location is central to many stores and outlet roads to Houston and galveston. Also if emergencies occur you'll be glad to know there's a few options of medical treatment places nearby as well. The staff was welcoming and accommodate anything just by text or a visit to the front counter. "
