「I forgot to ask for two single beds. I asked for it at the front desk and they had it ready for me. The front desk staff was very courteous and appreciative. Breakfast is also very good.」

「Quiet location with a bus stop only 5 minutes away for services to the ferry. Ample car parking.」

「The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

「No air conditioning staff in the morning was rude and not helpful they were more interested in having a conversation with each other on reception except for one young lad he couldn't be more helpful.」

「The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna. We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out. 」
