"This was a great place to stay and very clean. I did notice that there was no door on the shower so water got out of the shower enclosure but everything else was fine."

"From the pictures, the house appeared older but clean, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived, the experience was quite different. The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty. My adult child staying with me also mentioned the sheets looked stained, and when I checked, I was honestly horrified. At that point, I contacted management.On top of that, the house has some serious maintenance issues: the paint is chipping off the cabinets from a poor paint job, the flooring is buckling, and the lighting throughout the home is extremely dim—even with all the lights on, it felt dark at night. The windows were broken. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the management was responsiveUnfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again unless there are significant improvements in both cleanliness and upkeep."
