"worst view I have ever had from a hotel but good beds."

"The outer property gate wasn't working & the place was surrounded by homeless people. There was a man right across the street (for 2 nights) yelling & carrying on; I was on the 1st floor, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my shades open. Also, the room was incredibly damp, to the point that my clothes, shoes & hair were all damp. I've already asked not to book here again."

"I prepaid for parking only to find out the hotel has no parking. So I had to pay again and it still hasn't been refunded to me. They also take a large amount for incidentally which also hasn't been refunded. Their is no early check in and the whole thing was a pain. The rooms themselves were pretty nice and the hotel is in a convenient location."
