"Around 11:45 PM, while we were already in bed, a staff member in uniform knocked loudly on our door. When I opened it, he told us we were “not supposed to be there.” This was very surprising, as we had checked in properly, received our keys, and settled in for the night.
This situation reflects a clear miscommunication between the front desk and management, but it should not have been handled by disturbing guests at that hour. The approach was inappropriate and the tone came across as quite rude.
We did stay the night, but the experience was very unsettling. I hope you can address this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen to other guests."
