The negative reviews I saw really surprised me. My room was updated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Central location to what I needed. Many places within walking distance also. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast both mornings was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Very friendly staff, rooms could use some updates

The overall hotel was good, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but there were a few minor nitpicks. Our room was dark, for some reason, even with the lights on, the pool was cold and the entire thing could use some updating. The shower in the room was excellent, and the jacuzzi tub was a major hit! The location was excellent, and the amount of space in our suite was very welcome as we stayed a week. Overall, 4-4.5/5
