気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The stay was an ABSOLUTE DISTASTER from the start. We walked into the master bedroom to find blood stains on the comforter and broken shades in the windows. In the kitchen, there was a dirty stove with food caked on it as well as cupboards that are chipped and unkempt. We could not use the dishwasher as it was "out of service." My wife and I went to let our dogs out in the back yard, and while doing so, we had broken back door that we had to advise the owner of that needed to be fixed. The lawn had not been mowed in the front or the back. There was a random shovel and boom laying in the middle of the yard as well as a top for a charcoal grill. The trash was not taken out and smelled absolutely horrible. We texted the owner to advise them of our concerns noted above. A housekeeper finally showed up 3 hours later even though were told it would be as soon as possible. That is not the icing on the cake- while we were trying to rest on Friday, a gentleman came to the door from City of Lincoln Park and advised us that our "rental" was not legal in the city. The paperwork is attached. My wife was VERY as we were already exhausted from the messes we had encountered during our stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE PICTURES ARE FALSE ADVERTISING. PLEASE
