The room I was giving had a danger and broken mirrored closet slider that made the closet unusable. When went to check out there was no one there and I ended up throwing my cards in the paper envelope on a chair behind the desk. I called hours later to confirm they had me checked out so I was not charged a late check or that they never checked me out.

When we pulled up, the hotel looked like it was closed. The “curb appeal” was nonexistent. Our room left much to be desired. There was dried poop on the back of the toilet, hair in the corners of the bathroom, stains on the curtains, walls, carpeting and bedding. The reading lights by the bed were broken, and the closet door was not on the track stayed 2 nights only due to the convenience of the location to a funeral we were attending. If you have any other options, take them!! Run away from this hotel if you want clean rooms. We will not stay here ever again!!!

I woke up not noticing it until the morning a huge area of mold on the ceiling. I got out of there before check out this is crazy.

I paid for a room with a jetted tub but they gave me a regular tub. Many things in the room were stained, broken or missing and we were told they couldn't change us to a different room. Almost nothing for a breakfast becase their order didn't come in???it was a Horrible stay and we won't come back.

Absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even stay the night there. It smelled and felt completely unsafe there was literally numbers held on by masking tape, and a construction site on our floor with debris all down the hallway. Absolutely appalling. The staff was not helpful or kind and frankly rude.

This property feels like a bad police station in an old tv show. Very unprofessional. I walked in, didn’t check in and immediately walked out and went to the Holiday Inn Express. Couldn’t get a refund but I am safe. Do not book this hotel unless armed.
