Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay. For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic. Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.

Newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable. Water station on every floor. Not in the middle of town but everything is walkable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. I believe it was the "exceptional w/a view". We had so much space in our room, an oversized tub, and a large balcony. All things that are not common in Europe from my experience. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

This condo/kichenette was lovely. It had a heated drying rack in the bathroom, nice kitchen, and was roomy and very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station which was great, but much longer walk to the main part of town. That would be the only downside if you don't want to walk quite a bit.

Right in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street. A short walk from all the sites and great food options around the hotel.

My family and I could not have been more pleased during our recent overnight stay. Very conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very personable. They made very insightful activity suggestions. The “classic quadruple” room was incredibly spacious and very nicely decorated. Immaculately clean. In short, the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip to Bruges. We highly recommend!!

Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one. Great location just steps from Antwerp Central. Vibrant atmosphere, decor and personnel. City center in <10min door to door on metro. Great place for happy hour or nightcap at end of day. Will stay yere anytime I am in Antwerp.
