「The best part of our visit was the interaction and dedication of the front desk staff member named Jordan. From the moment we arrived she wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasant. We had an issue with our room. When we flushed the toilet, water gushed out the top of the tank and got water all over the floor. We had to use all our towels to clean up the mess. When we told Jordan she was genuinely concerned and wanted to switch us to another room. We told her we thought we fixed the problem by...

「We got there before the 4pm check-in. The hotel was locked. The two phone numbers taped to the building were for Florida and New York. I checked the website, called the number listed and the mailbox was full. We left. I realize we are out the money but I would remove them from your site.」

「The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!」

「This was the cutest little railroad scale cabin. Plenty of firewood for fire and a beautiful fire pit. The property is clean and landscape beautifully. The hosts were so accommodating and kind I couldn’t ask for a better host. Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. Plenty of clean towels and dishes not to mention all of the utensils and a toaster oven microwave and coffee maker to boot. TV has streaming service which was great after a long hard hike. Can’t think of one thing they missed. We’ll definitely...

「We had the best time. Everything was as described and the view was incredible. The 4th of July fireworks were directly in front of the windows. Had an issue with tv and they came immediately to find the roku box had been knocked behind the tv stand I assume while cleaning so quick fix lol and very nice people. Beds were very comfy and plenty of extra bedding in closets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

Communication with the property management is next level they will do anything in their power to make your stay luxurious. The pool and pool area is private and a must! Anything you need is extremely close by and once you arrive you will not want to leave. Wish we could stay for a whole month. Wonderful property wonderful people. 」
