「The home is beautiful and the rolling pastures surrounding thr barn are gorgeous. The view is spectacular. Loved watching the cows, horses and donkey. Several flocks of gesse also flew over to the pond.」

「We were a group of 4 couples and and all loved this place! The host John was very helpful and communications with him were very conveniently answered and helpful. We enjoyed the ample spaces especially the outdoor amenities and the kitchen areas where we played board games and cards. The house is just outside of Versailles and was a convenient location for the Rail Explorers and the 2 distilleries that we wanted to visit. It’s not far from Frankfort and Lawrenceburg , many other distilleries...

「Great large house with plenty of areas to gather for large groups. Wonderful outdoor patio with grill and fire pit to enjoy beautiful Kentucky sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, extra refrigerator and nice bar area with an ice machine. Limited TV station options, so make sure you have a streaming service for live events, ballgames, etc. Ten minutes from Castle & Key, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace. Twenty minutes to Keeneland. 」

「Info provided for directions was helpful since GPS did get confused... ours switched the names of the last 2 roads, but we were prepared and found it even though it was dark! It is a small condo, but worked for our purpose of a place to stay while touring some distilleries. Suggestion to help with the tiny bathroom... maybe another mirror with a table/shelf outside the bathroom or a table/ shelf in the bedroom so you could use the mirror there. Thank you! 」
