「The staff I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and professional. I feel the room was in decent shape with nice amenities. My complaint well established saturation of cigarette smoke and bedding that had a smell reminiscent of urine.」

「This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! 」

「Our room was run down, missing iron and microwave. No blanket on the bed. We had to slam our door shut and one of the outlets didn't work. No ice machine or anything for that matter. No phone in the room. Never again.」

「The place was exactly as pictured. The communication with the host was easy and they quickly answered any questions. The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat.
