"Great experience all the way around. Mexican restaurant was delicious, the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town."

"The hotel is old but they have updated decor and presentation of rooms. The bed was roomy but not the softest. Room was clean at least. I’ve been staying here last few years and at least there are signs of improvement. Not a fan of construction crews staying in one whole wing overnight daily. Outside property needs addressed. The front desk staff was nice. This hotel meets my needs and fairly priced."

"This is the upstairs of an older home, gorgeous decor, comfy bed, foyer with microwave and fridge, table. One block from downtown, great location. Will definitely be back."

"This newly remodeled home was perfect for our family. There were four of us but there was room for two more to sleep. Everything was so clean! We loved the fact that the owner immediately responded when we had questions. The house is walking distance to the cute main street in Big Stone Gap and there are lots of beautiful hiking paths in the nearby mountains. We would definitely stay here again. "
