「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」

「Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.」

「Everything from booking to check-in to staying and even check out was such a smooth process. The apartments were clean, spacious, beautiful inside and out! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!!! Quiet area and only 10-15 minutes away from the ports. Vinaka!」

「This is NOT a hotel. It’s a house in a new build estate. It is NOT close to anything. There are NOT 7 beach bars! You will need a taxi to get anywhere. Also the taxi driver will need instructions on how to get there as they have not heard of it. Part of our experience was: arrived at 2.45pm to find cleaners still cleaning it…annoyed we had turned up and on the phone angrily to their management (we guess). 「Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.」

「Best place to stay on Denarau, family friendly, big pool, lots of adult and kids activities, staff are lovely and treat you like family. Bula bus travels around from the Port to all Denarau hotels. Local bus goes to Nadi town Market and shops. Many great restaurants within walking distance.」

Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! 「What an experience. Bill and Paula and their extended family were so kind, and really made us feel welcome in their family and their village of Yamata. The accommodations were clean, the food was excellent, and Bill was great with communication leading up to our visit. Snorkeling with sharks is not to be missed, and same with the low tide beach that is walkable (between Wayasewa and Wayalevu). Read all the other reviews so you know how to prepare, and you will have an unforgettable experience....
