"I was able to spend 4 nights and 5 days comfortably without any major inconveniences. The room looked exactly like the photos—actually, it was even cleaner and more beautiful than expected. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, to flood, which made me worried about the rest of my stay. However, when I returned to the hotel on the second day, the drainage issue had been fixed, which gave me a great sense of relief and trust in the hotel. I truly appreciate the staff’s prompt and attentive response. As for the downsides, it took about an hour to get to the city center, such as Marienplatz. Also, although I didn’t ask, there was no cleaning service during my stay. It would be nice if essentials like bath towels, toilet paper, and tissues were provided on the doorknob even if cleaning was not performed. There is a Lidl and a liquor store about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy food and drinks after returning. Despite a packed travel schedule, I was able to relax comfortably thanks to this hotel. Thank you very much!"

"部屋はとてもきれいでおしゃれですが、狭いです。ソファやテーブルがなくて不便でした。冷蔵庫なし、バスタブなし。ドライヤーの風量はよかったです。受付の人はとても親切でした。言葉が通じないときは、お互い翻訳アプリを使って会話し、ちょっとした問題にも快く対応してくれました。部屋の設備は最小限ですが、スタッフのフレンドリーな対応で気持ちよく過ごせます。"
