「All new and nice and efficient and very good breakfasts!」

「Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom.」

「The Swan Motel was amazing our room was glorious and the decor was stunning Our room was huge and the bed so comfy everything about this motel is superb from the staff the bar the food and the room We loved it so much we booked an extra night and we will definitely be bavk」

「Room was clean and redresged daily. Breakfast was excellent as was food in evening. Staff including cleaners were all polite and helpful. Location from decking overlooks prom and beach. Overall a great place to stay」

「We had a lovely 2 night stay at Sir Alfred Munnings Hotel. A gem of a place with top notch care from the propriator Mark who was on hand to check us in. Breakfasts were wonderful and the dinner meal we had in the pub was tasty and generous in portions.」

「Absolutely lovely stay at the Bay. Room was a perfect size, amazing shower, lovely and clean with lots of snacks and tea and coffee! Staff were great and location was excellent too. Would definitely choose this hotel again if going to Southwold. I didn't use the car park, but I did see there would have been a few spaces.」
