「New bulding and location near by beach. Its needed more time to start operating.」

「The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).」

「Great central location in uppuveli. Easy walk to beach. Big breakfast every Morning but it wasn’t fabulous. However it set us up for the day. Not sure we needed the pool as the sea was so close and warm. But families were loving it and it was Nice and clean. Water went off every day for a period as did electricity- the electricity I think was all of uppuveli. Toilet broke on first day and was mended within the hour. I would say good value for the price. 「This property sits on a beautiful, secluded beachfront with incredible potential, but it currently feels overpriced. The staff is genuinely friendly and hard-working, but management's focus seems directed away from urgent maintenance. The complex is suffering from a lack of upkeep, and the beach is littered with plastic and old fishing nets. 「Beautiful property and the staff here is fantastic. It's a short walk to the beach and some small shops where you can buy snacks and drinks etc if needed. There are many restaurants on the beach to get lunch and dinner as well. They provide a nice breakfast and everyone is very kind and attentive especially Gayathri and Nazeem. Definitely had a good experience here and would recommend.」

「We had booked into this property through Expedia only to be told on arrival after a very long journey that they had no rooms for us or booking and in fact the manager mentioned he had never heard of Expedia !! All of this after the full money was paid in advance for 3 night stay for group of seven.
