"Excellent place to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished. The out side grounds were filled with this park areas and the most BEAUTIFUL flowers. Baskets of flowers everywhere! Would DEFINITELY recommend the Lockport Inn Suites!! We'll be back!!!"

"We loved our stay. The hosts provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. The view from the top deck is beautiful and so peaceful. We spent hours enjoying the view. We saw two swans eating and swimming together, freighters, and small “ocean-like” waves during the sustained higher winds one day. Beautiful.We did not see or understand clearly from the Vrbo listing the bedroom/bathroom layouts. The only cautionary comment that I have is that the second bedroom is on the third level in the loft. There is no bathroom on that level. For anyone who is not able to walk up and down a full flight of stairs in the middle of the night good be a challenge.Overall, we loved staying at the house and working with the hosts."

"The Hart House is an excellent stop for anyone visiting the Erie Canal, or biking its length (which I was). My room was great and really enjoyed the cafe downstairs for breakfast the next morning. The owners are lovely."

"It was a unique inn. The lady was super nice and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean! The price was reasonable. It was quite and peaceful, you could sit out on the porch and enjoy your breakfast!"

"The best part of this hotel was the staff. Bridget was friendly, kind, and would go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning staff folded the toilet paper into a rose, the tissues into a bow tie, and the towels into a swan! The second afternoon we were down in the lobby playing cards when they walked in with a crock part full of chicken soup and a platter of cookies! We were so impressed by all of the effort everyone at this hotel made to make sure their guests were comfortable and happy. In addition, the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Very nice!"
