タウン オブ タキシード ホテル

「I booked a superior room with a balcony more than six months prior to my stay. I checked in on time and received an inferior room with malfunctioning plumbing and air conditioning. I called the front desk, and at first was told they didn’t know what was going on. Then they told me I should never been able to book a balcony room on Expedia and didn’t have to stay there. I advised we had driven 4 hrs, and they moved us to another inferior room but at least the plumbing and air conditioning worked....

「Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. 「Spacious and beautiful hotel」

「Ok」

「Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room. The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and...

「We had a wonderful stay at the Windrose on Hudson!! What a beautiful place! The facilities are very nice and the grounds are amazing!」

「We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!」

「タオルは汚れていて、窓の鍵は閉まらず、簡単に隣の部屋やその奥の部屋から入れてしまう構造のため寝るにならなかった」

「It's very good !」

「The room was very clean but the bed was old you could feel the springs through the mattress. The breakfast was over too early.」
