"Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our room it sounded like rain was dripping inside the whole night and we could hear rain flowing down the gutter pipe right outside. We did not sleep well. Overall, I have to say that we would not stay here again an would not recommend to others."

"The breakfast was Continental the basics, but was good.. the room was clean and spacious one king size bed suite, but you also had a couch that pulls out to a bed.. convenient next to the highway, and also plenty of restaurants and not too far from the Westfield mall.."

"The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean fully stocked with everything you need. The outside of the place needs to be cleaned up, it was some what run down. But over all it was nice and I would stay again if I had too. "

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."

"It’s a scam what they put on all the Websites, pictures are bs and the depression vibes hit you when you get there. Rooms are alot smaller and the ceiling is all metal with pipes"

"It is a mixed experience. The hotel overall is well-maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and generally comfortable. However, the bed was a major issue. The mattress was clearly worn out and lacked proper support. I got completely sank into it, which made it very difficult to sleep and left my back sore. The bed frame also seemed damaged, as it made loud cracking noises every time I moved. This not only woke me up repeatedly but also disturbed my kids sleeping in the same room. If I hadn’t gone to bed so late and my kids were already asleep, I would have requested a room change. Unfortunately, the noise got so bad that I ended up sitting in the sofa chair for much of the night just to help avoid waking my family. Given the poor sleep quality and the condition of the bed, I believe a partial refund would be reasonable. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend checking the bed as soon as you get to your room rather than waiting until late at night."
