「I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

「Like all the other reviews said, the view was spectacular!! The house was extremely clean, very well stocked, and plenty of space! The pool table was very nice to have as a boredom buster. The location was great as well well with everything we needed within 15-20 minutes. We stayed in the fall/winter and would love to come back in the summer. 」

The furniture was thoughtfully arranged for groups large or small. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was great with all new appliances, an abundance of counter space, and all essential cookware. House is convenient to recreational center, Bayside park, and convenience store. We had an incredible Christmas week on the bay! 」
