「Customer service, at check in, front desk clerk accommodate us, we arrive at 9:30 in the morning, find us a room, we paid a small amount extra . The property is well kept, the public restrooms immaculate. The room as we enter had a card on the bed with a fancy packed chocolate. Water and coffee was provided. Tha bathroom amenities had a fresh and clean scent, it was clean. Breakfast was top notch. Service was exceptional, the young server was very attentive. Dinner was a little bit...

「La ubicacion de este hospedaje es muy centrica y los staff son muy amables. Hoy cocina, comedor, refrigerador, etc. Y excellent patio Que pudiera descansar tranquilo como su casa. Gracias.」

「La verdad no lo recomiendo la razón es como es posible. Que uno no pueda tener horario libre para llegar si no regresaba a las 11 de la noche me quedaba fuera entonses que chiste tiene rentar un hotel y si uno quiere salir a bailar o alguna fiesta ellos te ponen horario de entrada sin o estoy en casa de papá la verdad jamás volvería a rentar ahí」

「Cuando llegamos no estaba ninguna reservacion registrada en el frontdesk, teniamos que volver a pagar la noche. Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!」

「The location」

「It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. 」

「Bel hôtel mais très près de la route. Chambre bien décorée. Mais on entendait tout depuisla salle de bains. Impression de prendre la douche avec son voisin. Et Sans compter Le passage toute la nuit de gros camions faisant un bruit pas possible. Concernant les saunas et massages au Spa : bien. Le seul bémol : peu d'explications pour nous indiquer la marche à suivre et globalement peu d'attentions à notre égard (une petite serviette nous a été donnee au lieu d'un peignoir. Gênant pour déambuler...

「We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special....
