「Beautiful, quiet, great customer service.」

「We had reserved an executive suite for three people, but due to a mistake on the hotel’s side, the room was double-booked, and we ended up staying in three separate rooms. Compared to the room we originally booked, the rooms we were given did not have a microwave, an electric kettle, or a sink, which made our stay quite inconvenient. It was disappointing that there was no partial refund or other compensation, even though the room standard was clearly downgraded.」

「Quiet and clean; the air conditioning was not working but fans were provided upon request. 」

「Leaking toilet, limited supply of bathroom supplies, lack of air conditioners, no room service to clean the room, a lot of mosquitoes, 1 towel for 2 guests」

「The facilities were clean and housekeeping did a good job each day. We enjoyed the wait staff at the restaurant. There was one young lady, I cannot remember her name, but she was very kind and attentive. She would do very well in hospitality in America. The only negative was that we could not get the hot water to work in the shower. With the buttons turned on the water would never get hot and was hardly warm at all.」

「Der Check In gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Wir waren drei Männer und hatten entsprechend zwei Zimmer, eins davon mit Doppelbett. Ein Tag später wurde uns gesagt, dass zwei Männer nicht in einem Bett schlafen können. Dies sei nach kenianischem Recht unzulässig. Somit mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Die Transparenz ließ somit zu Wünschen übrig. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Zimmer aber gut. Das Frühstück variierte von Tag zu Tag, war aber ok.」
