"朝早くてモーニングの時間に行けない事をチェックイン時に伝えたら、テイクアウトできるデニッシュや果物をチェックアウト時に用意頂けました。嬉しかったです。"

"I made a reservation through Expedia, but when I went to the hotel before check-in to leave my luggage, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I had certainly completed the booking and had the receipt, yet they insisted there was no reservation at all. Even though the reservation was under my name, they wasted a lot of time speculating it might be under my husband’s or children’s names, which was impossible. In the end, they told me to contact customer service myself. I repeatedly asked them to search by my name or reservation number, but they refused, and I was kept waiting for over 90 minutes. They would not take my luggage either, which significantly disrupted our sightseeing plans. It was my husband’s birthday that day, yet this terrible handling turned it into a terrible memory. In the end, it turned out that the reservation existed and we could stay, but there was not even a single word of apology for keeping us waiting. My children had been looking forward to the pool, but because our sightseeing schedule was pushed back by the delay, we couldn’t spend much time there. This was also extremely disappointing. Malacca is a wonderful place and I would love to visit again, but I don’t think I will ever return to this hotel."

"民泊形態の宿なので、チェックインはセルフです。チェックインはワッツアップを使って行いますが、思ったよりもスムーズに行うことができました（他方でワッツアップを使わず、英語が全くダメな人だと少し難しいかも） 部屋は広くて良かったです。しかしながらシーツなどはやや清潔さに欠けているように感じました（髪の毛が残っていた。枕は、古い枕の匂いがした） 値段が安い点は良いのですが、まさに値段相応といったところでしょうか。"

"部屋もそれなりに綺麗でした。週末はホテル前の道に車は止まれないので、GRABなどを呼ぶ場合は大通りまで歩く必要あり。"

"スタッフの対応は普通。マラッカリバークルーズ発着地のほど近い場所にあり立地条件は良かった。あいにくリバー側ではなく通りに面してる裏側だったので朝早くから車の騒音が聞こえた。ペットボトル、粉コーヒー、パック紅茶、歯ブラシ有り。冷蔵庫完備。クーラー良好。バスタブ無しシャワーのみでお湯は出ず。しっかりとシャワーを浴びるには厳しい水温でした。"
