"The hotel is an adult hotel and not allowing teenagers to use pool and gym.. ı have booked the trip for Easter holiday for my child and paid extremely high price for just sitting in the hotel room .. -7 degree, snowing weather.. So hotel must clarify the status as adult hotel and should not sell the room for families without notifying.. there were no notice about this policy about the hotel while booking.. Cost us huge amount of money with huge disappointment.."

"Amazing hotel, breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Staff were so helpful and remembered personalized points that made the stay even nicer. Location is right in the city center, very close to the cherry blossom trees which is beautiful. Close to groceries, food markets, and Gamla Stan. Would definitely return again!"

"This is a great place, lovely garden and pool area and the castle itself. Now the pool area can be designed better with a more exclusive feel. I have traveled A LOT and the rooms are not on par with money paid and the castle overall. I stayed in the ”Wenner-gren” house I believe it’s called. The castle building is lovely. We also used tennis and boule facilities. "
