「2階のキッチンはなべやフライパンなどの調理器具はだいたい揃っていたが、ナイフが2本あるだけでフォークとスプーンは無かった。割り箸とスプーンを持って行ったのは正解でした。 ストーブは４つのうち左手前と右奥はまったく加熱できなかった。 205の部屋のコーヒーメーカーはずっと待っていても中でお湯が沸いているだけで、コーヒーは１滴も出てこなかった。 205のデスクランプはスイッチオンで激しく点滅し、使い物にならなかった。 205のテレビは地上波放送を観ようと思ってもアンテナと繋がっていないというメッセージが表示された。 205の隣のトイレのフラッシュレバーは外れそうで、水を流すのにコツがいる。 また、トイレットペーパーを引っ掛けておくパイプの壁への取り付けが悪く、グラグラ状態でペーパーロールが床に落ちた。 シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上かかり、やっと出ても水温が安定せず、途中で冷たくなることが度々あった。」

「Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. 「4/5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: - GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway. - Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

「Not the nicest area ever, but it was fine. Felt a little run down going in from outside, up the elevator, and to the apartment. But once inside, it was comfortable, clean, spacious, and sufficient for my need. I just needed a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for work.
