"I stayed at the Victory Hotel for 5 nights and had a most enjoyable experience. The room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the towel warmers in the bathroom ...Breakfast items were diverse and plentiful and the scrambled eggs and orange juice were delicious. The location was in the heart of Gamla Stan - walkable to many cafes, shopping and the train station. Staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend Victory Hotel and would stay here again. "

"My partner and I stayed at the Berns Hotel for a long weekend in May and could not have been happier. The room was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, the hotel location was perfect, and most of all, the staff was incredibly gracious, kind, attentive, and helpful -- up there with the best service we've received at any hotel ever. I could not recommend a hotel more highly; we will absolutely stay there again when we return to...

"This is a great place, lovely garden and pool area and the castle itself. Now the pool area can be designed better with a more exclusive feel. I have traveled A LOT and the rooms are not on par with money paid and the castle overall. I stayed in the ”Wenner-gren” house I believe it’s called. The castle building is lovely. We also used tennis and boule facilities. "

"This is in the center of Gamla Stan. We got a corner room and it’s pretty big. We were there early May and weather was warm so we had the windows open. With the windows open, it was a little lou, early evening so I had to use ear plugs. The hotel is like a little museum, so cute. The receptionists are all very nice and helpful. I love the location of this hotel, cleanliness, size of room, breakfast, and staff and moderately priced 👍"

"Great hotel, excellent staff, wonderful room. Only issue (not the hotel’s problem) is that the beautiful park across the street had ugly fencing around it destroying the beauty of the flowers. "
