「Disgusting. Not clean. Pillows are all broken foam. Phone has no cord. Fridge cabinet broken. One towel in bathroom. Shower curtain stained. Shower head ridiculously low. Toilet hinges are brown (not about to describe that). Patrons or maybe not people hanging around doors smoking and drinking at 0800 am and refused to leave.」
