On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "Staff was very helpful, kids loved the pool, and the location was great with lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The rooms do need updating and it seems the hotel is working on getting it done, but the staff keep the rooms clean. I would stay again!"

"Yes the room was very clean, and most of the staff who we met were courteous. We also loved that it's peaceful, and that the beach was right at our disposal as we stepped out of the room. The only thing we would suggest are updated lamps, furniture, etc.(especially the bed that creaked and groaned from any movement). "
