「They were very accommodating and facilitated my extended stay due to an unfortunate experience with another apartment which I had booked online.」

「I did not get to stay at this property. At the time of booking they told me it was available in error and my booking will not actually be accommodated. I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. Orbitz support as well has not been very helpful.」

「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

「Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly」

「I dont think a gym was installed in this hotel. Overall Yellowbird hotel was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was great with a lovely sea view. Cleanliness was excellent. Friendly cleaning staff Sonia was first class. The restaurant good. I recommend ths hotel. Will be back.」
